Kermit the Frog's (Steve Whitmire) "Standard Rich and Famous" contract from James Bobin's The Muppets. In the climactic conclusion to James Frawley's 1979 film The Muppet Movie, World Wide Studios head Lew Lord (Orson Welles) gave Kermit (Jim Henson) a "Standard Rich and Famous" contract. In Bobin's film, the expansive, unreadable contract was later exploited by greedy oilman Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) to take control of the Muppet Theater unless Kermit and the gang could raise $10 million.

This nearly nine-foot contract was gifted by the art department to a crew member. It is printed to appear handwritten in cursive script with the signatures of "Kermit the Frog" and "World Wide Studios" visible in green and red, respectively, amongst various legalese-style filler text. The paper is intentionally distressed by production to resemble parchment stained and aged since 1979. The contract exhibits creasing from being rolled for storage.
