A mummy head from the production of the action-adventure sequel The Mummy Returns. Brought to life once more, the Egyptian sorcerer Imhotep (Arnold Vosloo) seeks the power of the army of Anubis and must defeat the Scorpion King (Dwayne Johnson) to claim it. Can Rick O’Connell (Brendan Fraser) and Evelyn (Rachel Weisz) save their son, and with the help of Ardeth Bay (Oded Fehr) and Jonathan (John Hannah) stop Imhotep and save the world?
This style of head was used to make up the bodies of mummies throughout the film as Rick and Evie face off with Imhotep once more. Made of foam, the head has been sculpted to look like a decayed skull with chipped, spiked teeth in its mouth. Lengths of material have been applied to the skin to make it look as though it is bound by the frayed bindings of its mummification. A hole has been made in the head to replicate the look of a gunshot, with the base of the neck made to look as though it has been severed. A cut has also been applied across the head's left eye, to replicate the look of a sword strike.

Displaying some wear from use and time spent in storage, the head remains in overall good condition.
