This Country-of-Origin poster from the famous Monty Python comedy troupe is folded, matching the design of the film's British one sheet poster, which is replicated twice. Featuring artwork contrasted with black-and-white portraits of the various characters, this example shows light horizontal creases on the left side of the center horizontal fold, light edge wear, corner creases, small creases, and a tiny stain in the upper white area.

"Monty Python's Life of Brian" is a British black comedy written and starring the Monty Python comedy troupe (Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, and Michael Palin). Directed by Terry Jones, the film follows the story of Brian Cohen (Graham Chapman), a young Judaean man born on the same day and next door to Jesus, who is mistakenly identified as the Messiah. After the first take of the scene where a nude Brian addresses the crowd from his window, actor, writer, and director Terry Jones pulled Graham Chapman aside and remarked, "I think we can see that you're not Jewish," referring to Chapman being uncircumcised. The issue was addressed in subsequent takes using a rubber band. The film was a box office hit, ranking as the fourth highest-grossing film in the UK in 1979, and the highest-grossing British film in the US that year. It has maintained its popularity over time and has been recognized by several magazines and television networks as the greatest comedy film of all time.
