A stand-in Gray Widower spider from Frank Darabont's The Mist. David (Thomas Jane) led a small group of survivors to the neighbouring pharmacy for medical supplies but they were attacked by giant spider-like creatures.

This spider was used as a stand-in for the CGI spiders that would eventually appear in the film, used primarily as lighting reference for post-production. Only the giant spider, seen at the end of the film, was filmed on and included in the final cut. This creature consists of a hollow rubber body with hard plastic legs and thin plastic spines. It exhibits some holes, cracked rubber, a missing spine and fang. Dimensions: 33 cm x 33 cm x 25.5 cm (13" x 13" x 10")
