Two scripts, a collection of call sheets, and other production paperwork from the production of Roland Joffé’s 1986 period drama film The Mission.

Included are memos, call sheets, movement orders, communications, hand-drawn location maps and a cast and crew screening ticket, as well as the two scripts. Of the scripts, one is unannotated, titled “The Mission (Guarany)”, and dated September 17, 1976. It is 112 pages long, and bound in a yellow card cover. The other script is titled “The Mission”, dated “23 Sept, 1984”, and is 106 pages long, 84 of which are annotated. It is bound in a red plastic folder, and both scripts are credited to Robert Bolt. Though the items exhibit some discolouration with age, they remain in overall good condition.
