Annie Wilkes' (Kathy Bates) imprisonment costume from Rob Reiner's Misery. Obsessive fan Wilkes wore and adjusted her costume - including her signature blue smock - several times while imprisoning author Paul Sheldon (James Caan) in her home under the auspices of nursing him back to health. During his imprisonment, she wore snow boots when she picked up food for her hog, Misery, whom Wilkes named after one of Sheldon's characters.

This costume consists of a cotton Eddie Bauer sleeveless smock with side pockets hand-numbered "4044" on the interior; a plaid cotton Big Mac flannel (Size XL) hand-numbered "7916" on the interior; an elasticized cotton-blend, long-sleeve turtleneck hand-numbered "1159" on the interior; cotton-blend long socks; and cotton-lined leather lace-up snow boots. One of the socks exhibits tearing on the bottom, the right boot's top and sides are torn, and the sleeves of the flannel are pre-rolled by production.
