A XIII Winter Olympics Press Access Pass made for the 2004 drama, Miracle. Based on a true story, the film tells the story of how head coach Herb Brooks (Kurt Russell) lead a group of college hockey players to an improbable upset against the heavily favored Soviet Union and ultimately to a gold medal at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid.
Press passes like these can be seen in many scenes while at the Olympics, particularly during a scene depicting press registration and in the numerous press conferences in which members of the press interview Brooks. The pass is made from pink paper that has been laminated and has holes punched at the top to allow a lanyard to be strung through the pass. This pass features the official logo of the games as well as various letters and numbers indicating the type of access the pass grants, and the dates for which the pass is valid. This item also features a photograph of the journalist wearing the pass in the film.
This prop measures approximately 3.5” x 5” (9cm x 13cm) and are in excellent, production-used condition. *Please note that the item received may feature a different actors photo and name.
