Prototype Non-Functioning Desk Screen

A non-functioning prototype light up screen made for the Steven Spielberg sci-fi film Minority Report. The desk top screens can be seen being used in the Pre-Crime offices and at the Department of Containment; at the Pre-crime desk there is one larger screen and smaller screens like this surrounding it. The screen would have been illuminated for the display of information which would appear to be the Pre-cog’s thoughts and Pre-Crime offenders. This screen is a hand-held fan design, it was unfortunately not used in the final cut of the film. Measures 38.5cm x 33cm (15” x 13”). There is a grey wire attached for the lights power.
