An oversized Ninjetti Power Coin from Bryan Spicer's Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie. After losing their powers following Ivan Ooze's (Paul Freeman) attack on the Command Center, the rangers were sent to the planet Phaedos, where Ninjetti animal spirits emitting from a colossal pyramid-mounted Power Coin granted the rangers the Great Power.
The film brought the popular Power Rangers franchise from television to the big screen, where it proved highly successful in the box office, its gross surpassing its budget in its opening weekend alone. The film also introduced the Ninja Ranger powers and Ninjazords, which would play a major role in the third season of the television series (albeit with a different origin story).
This oversized coin is made of resin-coated foam with a fibreglass reinforcement cast around metal mounts with loops for stabilisation. It is painted gold-colour and features highly detailed cast images of the Ninjetti animal spirits: Falcon, Crane, Frog, Ape, Wolf, and Bear. It exhibits paint flaking, extensive cracking, and missing resin panels exposing foam in some places. Dimensions: 228.75 cm x 228.75 cm x 38.25 cm (90" x 90" x 15")
