Billy Cranston's (David Yost) promotional Blue Ranger suit from Bryan Spicer's Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie. This blue, white, and gold costume was specifically made for promotional events and differs from the costumes seen in the film's final cut.

This costume consists of foam rubber chest, back, thigh, and shoulder armour with glue and fastening strip closures; a spandex undersuit; a gold-colour resin wolf spirit chest emblem; a belt apparatus replica produced by the maker of the promotional touring suits; and a matching pairs of boots. Also included are a pair of replica gloves and a replica helmet moulded from a production original with a padded interior, dark tinted visor, and vents under the nose and on the back. The lot exhibits cracking throughout the helmet, loose and sticky adhesive residue, deterioration to the foam rubber and boot soles, paint flaking, and discolouration throughout.
