This Giclee silkscreen print is signed by Granger in pencil, numbered "71/195," and inscribed "Equinoxe." Dimensions: 70 cm x 81.5 cm (27.5" x 32")

About the Artist:
French painter, sculptor, and visual artist Michel Granger is known for his evocative imagery, which explores environmental themes, human fragility, and cultural symbolism. Trained at the Ecole nationale superieure des beaux-arts de Lyon, he relocated to Paris in 1969, where his work began to appear in magazines and exhibitions. Granger gained international recognition when a painting from his Terre series was selected as the cover artwork for Jean-Michel Jarre's 1976 album Oxygene, an image that has since become iconic in both visual art and music. His work has appeared in exhibitions and publications worldwide, as well as in collaborations with organisations such as UNESCO and Amnesty International.
