A costume design illustration of Neo (Keanu Reeves) hand-rendered by Emmy Award®-winning costume illustrator Lois DeArmond from the Wachowskis' The Matrix. In the film, Neo received clothes from the crew of the Nebuchadnezzar that were more utilitarian in nature, than the more fantastical leather costumes he wore as Thomas Anderson in the Matrix. While not ultimately used in The Matrix, the tunic style conceptualised here was later adopted for many of the Zion denizens, including Niboe (Jada Pinkett-Smith), in Matrix Reloaded.
This illustration is hand-rendered, features DeArmond's signature and is dated for "97." The cover sheet is hand-marked "Neo 'NEB'." It exhibits creasing on the board corners and frayed fibers on the edges. Dimensions: 15" x 20" (38 cm x 51 cm)
