A Creature (Robert De Niro) facial bust, teeth, and foot appliance, accompanied by a production script and call sheet, from Kenneth Branagh's horror adaptation of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.

The elements of Creature's appearance were created and formed by Daniel Parker, who was nominated for his work on the film at the 1995 Oscars.

The fibreglass bust is moulded to resemble his face, while it has been partly covered in foam rubber skin during the design process to speculate on and practise the creation of what Creature's appearance would be. The foot appliance is also made of foam rubber, with an inner fabric layer to provide comfort for the wearer. The prosthetic teeth are made of plastic.

The call sheet lists scheduled times for cast and crew members, including Branagh and De Niro. The full-length script has a total page count of 108, with "120" handwritten in red marker pen in the top right corner of the title page. The script exhibits significant wear and stains.
