Matt Murdock's first iteration Daredevil costume from Season 2 of Marvel's Daredevil. Murdock dons his distinct red and black costume as the masked vigilante Daredevil throughout the season. This lot consists of a flexible urethane cowl painted in Daredevil's signature red with black metallic details, red urethane lens, and a silver stitching on front from Melvin Potter's repair work, as well as a red and black Spandex and polyester blend compression bodysuit with rubber shoulder pads, a matching foam-padded polyester blend vest, a black polyester and Spandex hood, a pair of orange rubber-soled high-top sneakers painted black by production, a gray foam rubber billy club holster with a fastening strip on the reverse, a long foam rubber billy club, a pair of gray resin grieves, a gray resin vambrace (with the left vambrace missing), and a pair of black leather gloves with metallic knuckles. The bodysuit and vest are labeled for the principal actor. The lot is in good overall condition with intentional distress to the bodysuit and visible wear from production throughout.
