The Amazing Spider-Man no. 129 CGC 9.6 published by Marvel Comics in February 1974. The issue was written by Gerry Conway with art by Ross Andru, Frank Giacoia, and Dave Hunt, and cover art by Gil Kane and John Romita. It features the first appearances of The Punisher (Frank Castle) and the Jackal. CGC notes "staple tear top of spine; very small bindery tear bottom of spine; very small, very light stain left center of back cover."
