Amazing Fantasy No. 15 CGC 1.0 (R) published by Marvel Comics in August 1962 titled "Spider-Man!" The issue was written by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko with pencils and inks by Ditko, colors by Stan Goldberg, and letters by Artie Simek. It features the first appearances of Spider-Man/Peter Parker, Aunt May, and Uncle Ben. The CGC Grader Notes state: centerfold reinforced; multiple crease cover breaks color; multiple tear cover; piece out right bottom of front cover; small amount of color touch on front cover; spine split sealed cover; staple detached top of cover Conserved; tear seals top front cover Conserved. Dimensions: 10.25" x 6.75" (25.75 cm x 17.25 cm)
