This group of eight vintage original silver gelatin photographs features stunning images of the legendary Marilyn Monroe, including: one photograph from "We're Not Married" (1952); two photographs from "Monkey Business" (1952) with Cary Grant; two photographs from "The Prince and the Showgirl" (1957); one photograph from "Let's Make Love" (1960); one photograph from "The Misfits" (1961); and one photograph from the documentary, "Marilyn" (1963). The grade is an overall grade, with most of the photographs in similar condition.

Marilyn Monroe (born Norma Jeane Mortenson; June 1, 1926 - August 4, 1962) was an actress and model. Renowned for her portrayal of comedic "blonde bombshell" roles, she became one of the most iconic sex symbols of the 1950s and early 1960s, representing the era's sexual revolution. As a leading actress for a decade, her films amassed $200 million by the time of her passing in 1962-equivalent to $2 billion in 2024. She became one of the world's most enduring icons, celebrated for her captivating portrayal of the Hollywood sex symbol while also being remembered for her personal and professional struggles in the film industry.
