Matt "Axe" Axelson's (Ben Foster) screen-matched helmet from Peter Berg's Lone Survivor. Scratching and chipping around the helmet's right ear screen-match to when Axe and his SEAL Team 10 comrades loaded up to hit their Operation Red Wings drop point.

This Pro-Tec skating helmet (size L) features a hard ABS plastic shell lined with SXP foam, hand-numbered "Iss. 114562," and tagged in multiple places with warning labels on the interior, with one hand-marked "Axe." The hand-painted, desert camouflage patterned shell has two strips of iron weights engraved "1/4oz" adhered to the back with fastening strips. The helmet exhibits scratching, paint scuffing, and nestles caught in the foam from production wear.
