Director Stanley Kubrick achieved success with his dark comedy based on the controversial novel by Vladimir Nabokov. This stunning poster is folded and shows only minor creasing in the left border. The hand lithographed colors enhance the appeal of this iconic image featuring Sue Lyon as the alluring Lolita.

Stanley Kubrick's controversial adaptation of Vladimir Nabokov's 1955 novel features James Mason as Humbert Humbert, a college professor who becomes obsessed with a teenage girl named Dolores Haze, played by 14-year-old Sue Lyon. This film marks the first collaboration between Kubrick and Peter Sellers, who takes on a dual role as Clare Quilty and Dr. Zempf. Sellers would later star in Kubrick's subsequent film, "Dr. Strangelove."
