A vinyl copy of the soundtrack for Bill Forsyth's comedy Local Hero, autographed by its composer Mark Knofler and other featured musicians.

So many elements of Local Hero helped it acquire cult classic status, including its idyllic Scottish setting, sentimental characters, and, of course, Knopfler's fantastically memorable soundtrack. The spine-tinglingly emotional theme of the film "Going Home" was adopted by Newcastle United fans as their anthem in the 1990s.

Knopfler and other featured musicians Terry Williams, Alan Clark, and John Illsey have autographed the record in black or gold-coloured ink. The lot is accompanied by a Roger Epperson Authentication Ltd. certificate of authenticity. Dimensions: 32 cm x 32 cm x 0.5 cm (12.5" x 12.5" x 0.25")
