A comic book, accident report, newspaper article, and survival supplies from Ang Lee's Life of Pi. Young Pi Patel (Gautam Belur) read a comic book about the life of Hindu god Krishna under his bed covers late at night. As a teenager, Pi (Suraj Sharma) was separated from his family during a storm as they transported zoo animals on a cargo ship. Pi later took shelter on a lifeboat and used its limited supplies, unexpectedly accompanied by Bengal tiger Richard Parker.

Created by property master Robin Miller, this lot consists of a color-printed "Krishna" comic book with page 13 labeled as "Hero Page Universe" featuring the image of the universe in young Krishna's mouth; a Diario de Jalisco newspaper article discussing Pi washing ashore the beaches; a three-page Oika Shipping Company insurance report documenting the shipwreck; a 23-page "Verbatim Transcript of Interview with Mr. Patel" about the shipwreck; a cardboard box of Seven Oceans with a pouch of rations inside; an orange plastic and white nylon whistle; a metal can with plastic lid; and an orange Survival At Sea survival manual. This lot exhibits production-added distress and minor scuffing to the comic book.
