This lot will be sold on Wednesday 2nd December (day 2 of the auction.) Lots 464-913 will be sold on day 2 (lots 1-463 will be sold on day 1). The auction will begin at 2:00 pm GMT. A model miniature deep sea diver puppet from George P. Cosmatos' sci-fi horror Leviathan. Undersea miners for the Tri-Oceanic Corp. wore their diving suits while on the ocean floor, and Beck (Peter Weller), Willie (Amanda Pays) and Jones (Ernie Hudson) escaped the imploding station using the emergency balloon deployment to float to the surface.

The model consists of a miniature figure made of resin, and a scaled down version of the balloon device made of padded foam. The model's joints are articulated, allowing for multiple poses, and a switch at the back of the head illuminates the helmet's lights. Both components are hand painted predominantly white, grey and black. Black fabric covers the area where the figure's helmet glass and name badge would be.

The model miniature is mounted on a custom-made wooden display stand. It has some wear from production use and age, including scuffs and scratches, and the display stand has scuffing on the base. Dimensions (displayed): 20.5 cm x 26 cm x 58 cm
