A collection of James Alexander "Jimmy" Dix (Damon Wayans) and Sheldon "Shelly" Marcone (Noble Willingham) sports memorabilia with rare behind-the-scenes photographs from the production of Tony Scott's The Last Boy Scout. Private investigator Joe Hallenbeck (Bruce Willis) uncovered a plot by Los Angeles Stallions owner Marcone to bribe legislators into legalizing sports gambling while investigating the murder of his client, Cory (Halle Berry), with Cory's boyfriend, former Stallions quarterback Dix. Memorabilia from Dix's and other sports icons' careers appeared throughout the film, including in Marcone's office in the climactic finale at the Stallions' stadium.
Originating from the collection of property master and weapons specialist Mike Papac, this lot consists of 25 custom-printed Jimmy Dix NFL trading cards in protective sleeves; three Dix NFL trading cards in protective cases; and a Stallions football labeled "Sheldon Marcone." Also included are two photo strip transparencies depicting Hallenbeck and his wife Sarah's (Chelsea Field) wedding; two negatives of photos from the Hallenbeck wedding; 15 cards labeled "Behavioral Engineering cards"; seven additional packs of photo negative; five strips of photo negative; an invoice; a metal set decoration placard; and approximately 200 behind-the-scenes photographs featuring key cast and crew members, including Berry and Wayans. The lot exhibits scuffs, surface wear, and tearing. Dimensions: (largest) 11.25" x 5.5" x 5.5" (28.5 cm x 14 cm x 14 cm)

Mike Papac is among Hollywood's most respected armourers. Active in the film industry since the late 1970s, he served as weapons specialist on action classics including Lethal Weapon and Die Hard, and as property gun master for Predator - all within an 18-month span. By the early 1990s, Papac had become a trusted resource for leading directors such as Tony Scott, Renny Harlin, and Richard Donner, collaborating throughout the decade with stars including Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger. His career has encompassed work as prop master and armourer on some of cinema's most successful franchises, from Iron Man and Man of Steel to acclaimed action comedies like Three Kings and Red. Original hero pieces from the Die Hard films are exceptionally rare, and Propstore is proud to present these examples from Mike Papac's personal collection - offered to the public for the first time.
