A clapperboard and bound script from the production of Trevor Nunn's 1986 historical drama Lady Jane.

This clapperboard and script are from the production of the film and belonged to Paul Kenward, a clapper loader on the film. His name is handwritten on the title page of the script, next to the number '38'. The script is 131 pages, including the title page, and is properly bound in a hard blue cover. Apart from the writing on the title page, the script itself remains unannotated.

The clapperboard is made of wood with a metal hinge. Painted predominantly black with white boxes and lettering, it features the name of the feature, director, and cinematographer. Tape has been applied to the bottom, upon which '2nd.2nd.'85 Day - Int' has been written. On the reverse of the board there is a metal wire attached to two loops.

Both pieces show some wear from production use and age. There is some minor staining on the script cover and some of the paint on the clapperboard has faded over time. Despite these the two pieces remain in a good condition.

Materials: Wood, Ferrous Metals, Paper, Card.
