This item is a display with several props from the 1997 Russell Crowe period drama L.A. Confidential. The display includes a newspaper, two copies of the faux magazine Hush Hush, as well as two “Fleur De Lis” business cards. The various items can be seen prominently featured throughout the film as Jack Vincennes (Kevin Spacey) and Bud White (Russell Crowe) investigate a case of multiple murders at a diner. The newspaper is a faux Los Angeles Times dated December 26, 1952; its’ headline reads “Bloody Sunday” and features a picture and story of police assault in a jailhouse. The business cards are black with gold lettering and feature the business name and symbol of Fleur-De-Lis. Both cards also read “CRestview 2239,” the same as shown in the film. One copy of the Hush-Hush magazine reads “Movie Premiere Pot Bust” with a picture of Spacey and two arrestees, the other reads “Bad News for Mickey C”. The pieces are all encased in a light wood frame with a white background and are in very good condition.
