Guinevere's (Keira Knightley) Metal Torc used in the 2004 Antione Fuqua action adventure King Arthur. The great piece was worn by the courageous and hard Woad woman during the final epic battle when after being nursed back to health by Arthur (Clive Owen) and reunited with her native people briefly joins forces with the Romans to fight off the invading Saxons. Crafted entirely from cast brass coloured metal that has been made intentionally darker inside the twists to look aged and worn, the torc is made to look like strands of twisted metal to create a narrow 'necklace' and even on someone as slim as Keira Knightley it would have been a tight fit to put on! It comes presented in a custom built opening display that allows easy access to the piece, and incorporates the movie title and stills of Guinevere during the battle. The hinged display measures 37cm x 54cm (14.5“ x 21.25“) and the prop itself is about 15cm (6“) across.
