A screen-matched Fatso Klown mask from Stephen Chiodo's Killer Klowns from Outer Space. Fatso and his fellow extraterrestrial creatures, all resembling clowns with large monstrous heads, descended on the town of Crescent Cove, California to harvest the locals' blood. Fatso was featured prominently alongside the other Klowns in several stalking and abduction sequences, including a memorable scene where he goes door to door searching for victims. This mask screen-matches to shots of him during that sequence.

Produced by director Stephen Chiodo with his brothers, Charles and Edward, renowned for their special effects expertise, the cult classic horror-comedy was celebrated for its inventive practical effects, particularly the animatronic costumes used to bring the Klowns to life. The Chiodos designed the Klowns around the unsettling idea that one of the most frightening things imaginable was glancing over on a dark road and seeing a clown in the next car, a concept they brought to life in the film.

This foam latex head mask display was purchased directly from the Chiodos. Fabricated by the brothers for filming, it is painted with white skin and colorful clown makeup, and features detailed eyes with purple irises, a round red nose, large animalistic ears, and a bright orange mohawk, which was recently restyled for display. The head is permanently mounted to a display base and dressed with velour fabric around the neck to enhance presentation. Unlike Slim's mask, this piece contains no mechanical elements or cables. The mask exhibits expected production and age-related wear, including a visible crack on the forehead and general rigidity to the foam latex. It remains fragile and should be handled with care.
