This is a beautiful, multi-signed one sheet from the original version of the highly popular coming-of-age martial arts-themed action drama. It is professionally linen-backed, with touch-up to the folds to address general wear and airbrushing in the borders to fix separation at the end of the folds and corner wear.

"The Karate Kid" is a martial arts drama directed by John G. Avildsen, launching the franchise. Starring Ralph Macchio, Pat Morita, Elisabeth Shue, and William Zabka, the film was praised for its action, writing, performances, themes, and music. A commercial success, it grossed over $130 million worldwide, becoming one of 1984's highest-grossing films and Hollywood's biggest sleeper hit of the year.
