Three Brachiosaurus concept sketches, one hand-drawn by dinosaur supervisor Phil Tippett and two printed from Tippett's original sketch, from the production of Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park. In the iconic "Welcome to Jurassic Park" sequence, John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) introduced Drs. Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), and Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldbrum) to a massive Brachiosaurus grazing in the Isla Nublar canopy. Tippett produced stop-motion animatics for the dinosaur sequences, as well as supervising the groundbreaking CG animation, earning an Oscar® for Best Visual Effects for his work at the 66th Academy Awards®.

This set originates from Tippett's collection. The drawing of a Brachiosaurus neck and head is rendered in pencil and marker on illustration. It and the prints are all labeled "Tippett 3-92" and "Gomo Brachio Head and Neck," indicating that the designs were for a go-motion puppet. The sheets exhibit some tearing and discoloration from age.
