A Gotham Examiner newspaper cover headlined "The Strike That Never Ends" from Joker. Newspapers chronicled the growing civil unrest in Gotham City, including the sanitation strike.

This cover, printed on newsprint, features the red Gotham Examiner header logo and the headline "The Strike That Never Ends" with a photo of a large pile of garbage bags. The back features an article titled "Jones KO's Chesler" with a photo of a boxing match, and the inside features unrelated stories and advertisements.
