Issued for display in US subways, this poster is folded and exhibits corner pinholes, fold wear with crimping, minor creases, tears, a stain along the bottom of the center vertical fold, and intermittent edge wear with small tears and creases.

"Jaws," directed by Steven Spielberg and based on Peter Benchley's novel, follows a small-town police chief who joins a marine biologist and a shark hunter to stop a deadly great white. Filmed largely on the open ocean, its troubled production paid off, as it became the first true summer blockbuster and helped reshape modern Hollywood marketing and release strategies.
