More scarce in this format, this 40 x 60 poster is rolled and shows some border wear, including creases, small tears, and edge nicks; and a horizontal crease across the bottom of the black field in the credits.

"Jaws," directed by Steven Spielberg and based on Peter Benchley's novel, follows a small-town police chief who joins a marine biologist and a shark hunter to stop a deadly great white. Filmed largely on the open ocean, its troubled production paid off, as it became the first true summer blockbuster and helped reshape modern Hollywood marketing and release strategies.
