Jason's (Kane Hodder) screen-matched bullet-hit shirt, trousers and undersuit from Jim Isaac's horror sequel Jason X. This lot comes from the personal collection of Friday the 13th collector and historian Mario Kirner.

Jason wore his increasingly distressed costume for much of the film as he terrorized teenagers in the future, and the shirt screen-matches the one he wore as he slowly approached Professor Lowe (Jonathan Potts) and retrieved his machete, through the faux blood staining and holes.

The costume consists of a grey shirt (labeled "2" in the collar), grey trousers (labeled "128"), and a padded undersuit. The undersuit has a padded chest, a wound prosthetic, tape across the chest, and has been autographed in black ink by Hodder. The shirt and trousers exhibit heavy distressing with bullet holes and faux blood, with several of the holes featuring prosthetic wounds. The shirt exhibits a huge hole in the gut where Jason was impaled on a spike.

This lot comes from the Friday the 13th Props Museum collection of Mario Kirner. The Museum was created as a private collection that showcased not only Jason's iconic hockey mask, but also a number of other movie props, costumes and additional materials that were used during the production of the Friday the 13th movies.

An avid contributor in the screen-used prop and costume collecting field for more than 20 years, Mario Kirner has been a dedicated in his work and efforts to help to transform what was once a niche hobby into an popular culture phenomenon. Mario is not just a collector, but a true historian and curator of all things Jason Voorhees and Friday the 13th, also publishing a book dedicated to showcasing the museum's content and their stories.
