A jungle spider from John Glen's Bond film Octopussy.

James Bond (Roger Moore) fled through the jungle as he was hunted by Kamal Khan (Louis Jourdan) and his men. During the chase, Bond ran into a giant web populated with large jungle spiders, one of which clung to his forearm.

The spider is made of rubber, painted accordingly and embellished with faux hair. Its lightweight design would have enabled it to remain attached to the spider web in the film. Dimensions: 12 cm x 8.25 cm x 2.75 cm (4.75" x 3.25" x 1")
