The beautiful Kim Basinger was once a "Bond Girl," appearing alongside Sean Connery, who reprised the iconic role he originally made famous. Basinger was featured in a photoshoot for "Playboy" magazine in their February 1983 issue, where she was billed as "007's New Woman" in connection with her role as Domino Petachi. This was for director Irvin Kershner's adventure thriller, set to be released later that year. The poster promoting this feature was not a magazine insert; it was a special release by Warner Bros. Studios, marked with a "Compliments of Warner Bros." stamp on the back and used to promote the film at newstands. This exclusive poster, showcasing a sultry image of Basinger gazing at the viewer, is in outstanding condition and is rolled.

Sean Connery portrayed James Bond for the seventh and final time, returning to the role twelve years after "Diamonds Are Forever" (1971). The film's title alludes to Connery's famous 1971 remark that he would "never again" play Bond. At 52 during filming, the script frequently acknowledges Bond's aging and decline-despite Connery being three years younger than his successor, Roger Moore. The plot follows Bond as he is reluctantly called back into action to investigate the theft of two nuclear weapons by SPECTRE. Filming took place in France, Spain, the Bahamas, and at Elstree Studios in the UK. Released by Warner Bros. on October 7, 1983, the film received positive reviews and was a commercial success, earning $160 million at the box office.
