Eminent art director and production designer Cain worked on many Bond films, including Dr. No and On Her Majesty's Secret Service, and he is credited as a storyboard artist on GoldenEye. Cain also worked with Alfred Hitchcock as the production designer on Frenzy.

Cain created these drafts - which he called "roughs" - to show the director for comments and Cain would then refine them to create the final storyboard. This storyboard partly depicts, across nine frames, the scene on the crocodile farm where James Bond (Roger Moore) is left by Tee Hee (Julius Harristo) to be eaten alive. The sketches and annotations are hand-drawn in pencil with the film's title headlined. Dimensions: 42 cm x 29.5 cm (16.5" x 11.5")
