An original piece of set design artwork by acclaimed production designer Ken Adam, from the production of Guy Hamilton's Bond film Diamonds Are Forever. The design is hand-drawn in pencil and signed by Adam. Sir Kenneth Adam made his name as a production designer on the Bond films of the 60s and 70s, as well as other classics such as Dr. Strangelove. Adam won two Academy Awards® for Best Art Direction in his career, for Barry Lyndon and The Madness of King George.

The design is titled "Diamonds For Ever [sic]; Pre Credit Sequence" and concerns the scene when Bond searched for Ernst Stavro Blofeld (Charles Gray) in Japan. Rendered on paper in black ink, Adam has also signed the design in the bottom right. The design was originally sold in the "Design of the Times" auction at Sotherby's in March 2003.The artwork is slightly frayed on its upper edge. Dimensions: 53.5 cm x 32 cm (21" x 12 1/4")
