James Stewart and Donna Reed celebrate a wonderful life together in this beautiful insert from director Frank Capra's holiday-themed classic. This example is rolled and unrestored, with light horizontal creases that are not folds, two clean, minor horizontal cuts beneath the top border that follow the line of creases stabilized on the back with white tape, border wear with minor creases and several small edge tears (some of which are stabilized with white tape on the back) and light edge wear, and some discoloration in the lower border. This example is in superb, unrestored condition with excellent colors and a great presentation.
"It's a Wonderful Life" is a Christmas fantasy drama directed and produced by Frank Capra, adapted from Philip Van Doren Stern's 1943 short story, "The Greatest Gift." The film stars James Stewart as George Bailey, a man who sacrifices his personal dreams to help his community, and whose despair on Christmas Eve prompts his guardian angel, Clarence Odbody, to show him the impact of his life and what the world would be like without him.
