Tony Stark's (Robert Downey, Jr.) light-up MK 3 arc reactor RT unit from Jon Favreau's Iron Man. After being wounded by the Ten Rings, Stark implanted an arc reactor in the Mark 3 to prevent shrapnel from reaching his heart.

Known today as the classic Iron Man suit, the Mark 3 and its distinctive RT unit featured heavily throughout the film's promotional campaign. After the film opened at first place at the box office, the gold-colour and crimson suit became ubiquitous in representations of it in pop culture, with Stark donning the costume in multiple installments of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ultimately, Iron Man received several prestigious accolades, including two Academy Award® nominations and entry into the National Film Registry, and remains one of the highest-grossing and most influential films of all time.

This arc reactor unit features a machined aluminium exterior with a detachable back panel screwed into the reverse and an opaque acrylic panel on front that illuminates via wiring concealed on the interior. Following production, sympathetic restoration was performed and a power cable added to restore this unit's light-up functionality. It exhibits minor scratching and paint scuffing from production.
