A cast chairback with a collection of decals from the production of Christopher Nolan's Interstellar. Joseph "Coop" Cooper (Matthew McConaughey), Dr. Amelia Brand (Anne Hathaway), Professor Romilly (David Gyasi), Doyle (Wes Bentley), and TARS (Bill Irwin) took the USS Endurance through a black hole in an effort to finish the work of Dr. Mann (Matt Damon), Dr. Wolf Edmunds', and their fellow Lazarus crew members. The production's working title was Flora's Letter, named for Nolan and producer Emma Thomas' daughter.

This collection originated from a crew member. It consists of a canvas chairback labeled "Flora's Letter" on one side and "Cast" on the other, as well as 20 unpeeled decals created for several exterior and interior sets, including the Endurance and the Lazarus. Three of the decals are labeled "Penrose Pioneering Planets" as an Easter Egg reference to the Penrose process, a theoretical mechanism depicted in the film by which the energy of a black hole can be extracted via the ergosphere around the black hole. The film received acclaim from real-world scientists for its depiction of the process.

The lot exhibits minor white staining on the chairback and adhesive residue on the paper backing of some of the decals from where other decals were previously removed during production. Dimensions: (largest) 22.5" x 10.75" x 0.5" (56.75 cm x 27.25 cm x 1.5 cm)
