A concept sketch of a Blohm and Voss BV-38 flying wing hand-drawn by production artist Ron Cobb for Steven Spielberg's Raiders of the Lost Ark. Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) rescued Marion Ravenwood (Karen Allen) from the plane used by the Nazis to transport the Ark of the Covenant back to Germany during his fight with the 1st Mechanic (Pat Roach).

This sketch depicting an elevated view of the flying wing with two figures on one side and barrels on the other is rendered and labeled "GOTHA GO-216 V-3" in graphite on drawing paper. Its top left corner is bent and the paper exhibits minor yellowing from age. Dimensions: 17" x 11" (43.25 cm x 28 cm)
