Indiana Jones' (Harrison Ford) whip from an Entertainment Weekly cover shoot promoting James Mangold's Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. For its June 27, 2023 digital cover shoot and interview with Ford about his long-celebrated adventurer role, EW dressed the studio with an assortment of Jones' signature relics. High-quality replicas of Jones' hat and whip, the character's two most iconic accessories considered to be essential parts of the Indiana Jones mythos, were appropriately featured front and center during the shoot.

The film series famously used whips from David Morgan's 450 series. During the production of Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Terry Jacka was commissioned to create additional whips to supplement the Morgan whips used on the film.

This woven brown leather bullwhip was acquired solely for the Entertainment Weekly shoot and was not used for the production of the film itself. Made by renowned Indiana Jones replica artist Todd Coyle based on that classic 450 series, it features a short-handled grip, a matching leather wrist loop, and a black nylon cracker. The whip is about 8.25 feet (2.5 meters) from the start of the handle through the end of the thong. The fall exhibits some wear to the leather, and the whip has somewhat stiffened in the rolled position. Dimensions: (rolled) 18" x 13.5" x 2" (45.75 cm x 34.5 cm x 5.25 cm)
