A model miniature of an alien Attacker from Roland Emmerich's Independence Day. Attackers were the primary fighter craft of the alien Harvester race, and were deployed from the larger City Destroyer and Mothership spaceships. Captain Steven Hiller (Will Smith) took one down and captured the pilot during the first battle.

Independence Day's extraordinary effects made extensive use of model miniatures created under model shop supervisor Michael Joyce. It is believed to hold the record for the most model miniature effects work in a single live-action film.

This Attacker is made of hollow fibreglass, with a design reminiscent of a manta ray. It features an intricate, multi-faceted pattern all over its chassis, and is hand-painted predominantly in shades of metallic green, with bronze-colour paint down the panel lines. A small metal mounting point is present on the underside for use during filming and now sits on a custom-made display stand. It exhibits wear from production use and age, including minor signs of cracking. Dimensions: 68.75 cm x 61 cm x 45.75 cm (27" x 24" x 18")
