Ares (Daniel Sharman) God costume from the 2011 action fantasy movie Immortals. The immortal beings who have sworn to leave mankind to fight for themselves can be seen in these costumes towards the very end of the movie when King Hyperion (Mikey Rourke) wields the Epirus Bow to free the long imprisoned Titans, however Ares himself meets an abrupt end incurring the wrath of Zeus after interfering in Theseus' fate.
The golden set consists of chest armour made from pressed leather with gold and orange checked cape held on with round bosses, marked "Ares Daniel 42” inside, golden gauntlets (several names scratched out and hidden by foam padding including "Theseus") and matching greaves (marked “Aries Daniel”) secured with elastic, leather strap sandals (marked 19), resin helmet matching that of the Titans (several names crossed out including Heracles, Hermes and Dieux), a pair of tight golden 'American Apparel' hot pants (marked “Stunt”), long leather skirt with red centre panel with golden embroidery and matching belt with metal roundels that fix together with poppers (both marked “Aries 12”), leather 'cummerbund', nylon 'gusset' secured with elastic and ties and a second alternative golden belt for the skirt with plastic decals (marked Aries).

The entire ensemble, whist collated from a variety of named character components is instantly recognisable and would command the attention in any collection. In a production worn but great condition with no sizes marked.
