An adult's shrunken head costume from Steven Brill's Hubie Halloween. A Halloween participant dresses-up as a five-shrunken head person as they went out trick-or-treating in Hubie Dubois' (Adam Sandler) hometown of Salem, Massachusetts before he went out as volunteer Halloween monitor to keep the holiday safe.

This costume is made of five brown painted styrofoam shrunken heads with yellow and black painted plastic ping-pong eyes, brown metal twine and straw hair attached to a foam base wrapped with a white and black striped cotton shirt and a brown wool jacket. The foam base has a cut-out and black mesh covering for sight and air circulation. This costume remains in great condition with minor glue residue.
