A Grinch (Jim Carrey) head appliance with teeth from Ron Howard's family comedy How the Grinch Stole Christmas. This head appliance was created for Carrey's depiction of the classic Christmas character, but was ultimately not finished. Featuring all of the detailed skin texture associated with the character, this foam latex appliance covers the entire face and head, though it is unpainted and bits of untrimmed flash are present throughout. It is offered on a foam biscuit lifecast of Carrey and has an original production tag attached that notes the character as "Grinch Design 1 (Carrey) w/ nose channels" and the demolded date as 2/4/99.

The teeth consist of three individual pieces, the first of which is a full row of resin teeth painted to be consistent with the Grinch's repulsive smile and affixed to a plastic cast of Carey's teeth for him to wear. The other two pieces are partial rows of teeth, painted in the same manner, but not affixed to a tooth cast. All the teeth have "Jim C" written on them in red pen and they are offered in an orange protective case labeled "Jim Carrey Thick." There are some small areas where the foam latex appliance has deteriorated, and the two smaller sets of teeth appear as though they were once one unit that has since been broken, but the pieces remain in overall good condition.
