Max's antler from Ron Howard's How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Grinch (Jim Carrey) tied an antler to his dog Max's head when he disguised himself as Santa Claus to rob the Whos on Christmas Eve.

The lightweight antler is made of foam and includes a dual screw fitting at the base used to attach to a strap that would hold it in place. The antler is also hand-painted and features textured detailing made to depict an actual antler from the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss. This antler comes mounted on a black wooden display with synthetic brown hair surrounding the antler base to resemble the top of Max's head and a red nylon thread similar to the one Grinch used to tie the antler to Max's head. This lot exhibits chipped paint on the antler's base. Dimensions: 7" x 7" x 15.5" (17.5 cm x 17.5 cm x 39 cm)
