Lost Boy's (Bogdan Georghe) costume and Wendy Darling's (Maggie Smith) dinner invitation with a high-quality replica of Peter Pan's (Robin Williams) sword from Steven Spielberg's Hook. After attending a dinner celebrating Wendy and arriving in Neverland, Pan used his signature sword to help save the Lost Boys - children in mismatched clothes under the care of Rufio (Dante Basco) - from Captain Hook (Dustin Hoffman).
The costume in this lot originated from Butterfield & Butterfield, while the sword is an ornately detailed reproduction modeled on the production original and custom-made for Planet Hollywood by legendary Hollywood weaponsmith Tony Swatton and Amblin Entertainment. The costume consists of a bowler hat marked "20," jacket, a button-up shirt, two vests, one single glove, and a pair of pants. Also included is a card labeled "Wendy Darling" and a dulled metal sword. The costume, invitation, and sword were previously displayed separately at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Las Vegas. The costume is intentionally distressed by production to appear grimy and exhibits staining throughout from wear. Dimensions: 28" x 4" x 4" (71.25 cm x 10.25 cm x 10.25 cm)
