Sebastian Caine's (Kevin Bacon) burn stunt face m made for the production of the 2000 Paul Verhoeven invisible-man thriller Hollow Man. In the film, an experiment goes horribly awry, turning a scientist permanently invisible and leading to his eventual insanity.

Toward the end of the film, Linda (Elisabeth Shue) attacks Sebastian with a flamethrower, setting him on fire. The mask is made of smooth silicone and is finished in a flesh tone with holes cut for the eyes and mouth made to resemble the original mask worn by Caine earlier in the film. The mask is also detailed with dark shades to depict soot from the flames.

The mask rests on a wooden base and shows some wear and discoloration from production use and storage, but remains in very good condition.
