A set of Ceremonial robes worn by the pan-dimesional beings in the 2005 movie adaptation of Douglas Adams’ Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy. These cream robes would have been worn during the scenes when the race of mice (shaped like humans for the most part) commission a hyper computer “Deep Thought” to determine the meaning of Life, The Universe and Everything, and when they return 7 ½ million years later only to discover they've got the answer of 42, but don't actually know the question.
The set consists of a floor length sleeved woollen undergown (marked “Squish”), topped with a matching cloak with slits for the arms and a velcro collar, a pair of white gloves and a pair of white plimsols, one of which has been sliced in half to accommodate the shot of the two young girls “squished” on the table after Arthur's outburst on 'New Earth'. No sizes marked but obviously sized for a young child.
